Effective October 29, 2026. These terms apply to your use of mytruckerlifeplan.com (My Trucker Life Plan), operated by Upper Echelon Marketing Corp, 1855 Griffin Rd Ste A-410, Dania Beach, FL 33004 ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
My Trucker Life Plan is a free service that connects people who ask for information about life insurance with licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company or an insurance agent, we do not give insurance, legal, tax or financial advice, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. We do not guarantee that any plan, rate, benefit or coverage will be offered to you or that you will qualify. Any policy is a contract between you and the insurance company that issues it, and its terms are the only ones that apply.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. You may submit a request only for yourself.
Your information
You agree that what you submit is true and current, is about you, and that the phone number and email address are yours. Submitting someone else's information, or false information, is not allowed. How we use and share your information, including that your request is sold to licensed agents, is described in our Privacy Policy and in the consent shown next to the button you clicked.
Calls, texts and emails
If you gave consent, you may receive calls, text messages and emails as described in it, including from the agents named on our Marketing Partners list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help, or tell any caller to stop. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Do not use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit forms or collect content from the site, do not interfere with its security, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or remove any submission we believe is fraudulent.
Ownership and links
The site, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Information on the site is general and may not apply to your situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies to your visit.
